CATL is a globally leading technology company with a location near Magdeburg, Germany. As an innovation driver in the battery industry, the company stands for the highest quality standards and groundbreaking technologies. The company needed short-term support for an urgent project – time was of the essence. Working closely together, we developed and produced a custom-fit cover for use in the production chain within just a few hours. The particular challenge was to precisely manufacture a material with a height of 2 mm and a length of 550 mm.

Thanks to our expertise in model making, we chose ASA as the material and produced a special adhesive to seamlessly join the three-part construction. Our solution-oriented approach and technical know-how enabled a fast, precise, and reliable implementation.
